SALES POLICY

PLEASE READ TERMS OF SALE

Goats are social animals. I will not sell to anyone who does not have a goat companion for the one being purchased.                        

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of asking price will hold your goat.  Goats are sold on a first come, first served basis.  Balance is due upon pick up.

Kids are dam raised until they are 8-12 weeks old.  They will be dewormed as needed.  Coccidia prevention will begin at 3 weeks of age.  CD&T will be given at disbudding and/or wethering.  All other vaccinations are up to the new owners.  Kids will be disbudded and tattooed, and will come with an application to be registered, if applicable.  If horns are requested, a 50% deposit is required.

Deposit will be refunded or applied to another kid ONLY if something happens to your kid while in my care.
If I do not hear from you within 14 days of when your baby is ready to leave you will forfeit your deposit.

Veterinary health certificates (optional, but required by law for interstate travel) and fees charged by the Veterinarian for the farm call and animal examination and/or tests are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We do not guarantee the fertility of does unless hermaphroditism becomes apparent as the animal matures. 

We do not guarantee any animal that is sold without registration papers.

We reserve the right to retain ANY animal or refuse ANY sale.
All sales are final … no refunds

YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SALE WHEN YOU PURCHASE AN ANIMAL. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ZONING REGULATIONS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTINUING PARASITE & COCCIDIA PREVENTION AND BUYING ALL NECESSARY SUPPLIES TO CONTINUE MAINTAINING THE ANIMAL’S HEALTH AFTER THE SALE.
